Shree Balaji Rehabilitation Center (SBRC), formerly known as Heritage Sound (established in 2015), is one of Maharashtra’s leading and most advanced Center for Language Development in Hearing Impaired, Hearing, and Speech Rehabilitation. The Center is run under the Marathwada Social Club, Mumbai (Regd).
SBRC was founded by Prof. Balaji Raghunath Shinde [CWHI Retd, AYJNISHD, Mumbai], a distinguished expert from AYJNISHD (D), Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India. With more than 35 years of experience in the fields of Language, Speech, Hearing, and Multiple Disabilities across India, Prof. Shinde has dedicated his expertise to serving persons with disabilities through SBRC.

To raise awareness, ensure accessibility, and provide quality rehabilitation and support for Divyangjan. Our efforts are directed towards empowering individuals with disabilities to lead independent, dignified, and fulfilling lives.
Future Plans
We are currently developing audio-visual awareness materials for school-going hearing-impaired children to encourage early detection, intervention, and inclusive education.
